1) ACSR is an abbreviation of Aluminum Stranded Conductors Steel Reinforced and stands
    for steel core aluminum strand
2) ACSR is mostly used as processing electric wire or high voltage wire requiring great
    tensile weight.
3) Galvanized Steel Wire strand for ACSR are used as steel core of ACSR.
4) Because aluminum conducts electricity well while having weak intensity, and Galvanized
    Steel Wire strands have high intensity, the one that has stranded by combining
    Galvanized Steel Wire strand and aluminum strands
    (core= Galvanized Steel Wire strand, exterior=aluminum strand) is ACSR.

Because the existing ACSR was made so that inner Galvanized Steel Wire Strands would mALntALn their intensity by stranding AL and external AL was made to conduct electricity well. So, an occasional cutting of line had occurred from corrosion of alien substances between zinc and AL.
Because the AS Wire developed as a replacement to improve this has performed aluminum
cladding above hard drawn wires, the snapping of wires is considerably reduced because there is almost no corrosion between the same substances as aluminum and aluminum contact each other (in case of making ACSR by stranding aluminum wire around AS Wire or filament made of AS Wire).
Therefore, the selection of ACSR using AS Wire is being increased at areas of severe pollution and sea areas with a lot of salinity.
The bonding ability while cladding AL wire above AS wire must be excellent.
Because the required tensile strength and elongation must come out when wire is drawn
   after AL Cladding, the tensile strength and elongation must satisfy specification value.
The coiling condition must be satisfactory.
The packaging condition must be satisfactory.
